Concept cars need a few things to really make a splash. First, they need to look amazing. Either with pie-in-the-sky designs that we all know will never make it to production, or with a body that looks amazing and might end up in showrooms. Second, they have to have something new that defies logic but captures the imagination. The BMW i Vision Dee shown off at CES has both.
